Telista-MCL 10mg/50mg/40mg Tablet ER
Introduction
Telista-MCL 10mg/50mg/40mg Tablet ER is a triple combination medicine used in the management of high blood pressure (hypertension) when dual therapy is not sufficient. It contains Metoprolol (50 mg, extended release), a beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and the workload of the heart, Cilnidipine (10 mg), a calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, and Telmisartan (40 mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessel narrowing. Together, they lower blood pressure effectively and reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney complications.
