Introduction

Telista-MT 25 Tablet SR is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes and widens blood vessels, and Metoprolol (25 mg, sustained release), a beta-blocker that slows the heart rate and reduces the workload on the heart.
