Tiomate 12 mcg/18 mcg Transcaps
Introduction
Tiomate 12 mcg/18 mcg Transcaps is a combination inhalation medicine used in the long-term treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. It contains Formoterol (12 mcg), a long-acting beta-agonist (LABA) that relaxes the airway muscles, and Tiotropium (18 mcg), a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) that widens the airways. Together, they help improve airflow, reduce symptoms like breathlessness and wheezing, and prevent COPD flare-ups. These capsules are designed for inhalation with a Rotahaler or similar device.
