How to Use

Spray the medication towards the side wall of the nostril, not directly at the center cartilage. Inhale gently during application and keep your head upright. Repeat in the other nostril if required.
To enhance treatment effectiveness, vitamin D and calcium supplements may be recommended during the course of therapy.
