Tofe Tablet is prescribed for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ulcerative colitis. These are inflammatory or autoimmune disorders that cause joint pain, swelling, stiffness, or inflammation in the digestive tract.

The active ingredient, Tofacitinib, works by blocking an enzyme called Janus kinase (JAK). By inhibiting this enzyme, the medicine helps lower inflammation, relieves painful symptoms, and slows down disease progression.

Possible Side Effects

Not all patients experience side effects. Some common ones may include headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, common cold, or upper respiratory tract infection.
