Product Introduction

Tsart-H Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). It is generally prescribed when a single medicine is not enough to control blood pressure effectively. By lowering blood pressure, it helps reduce the chances of heart attack, stroke, and kidney-related complications.

This tablet contains two active components: Telmisartan, which relaxes and widens blood vessels to improve blood flow, and Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic that increases urine output to lower blood pressure.

How to Use

Take Tsart-H Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time every day. Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew or crush it. Continue taking the medicine regularly, even if you feel well, as stopping suddenly may increase your risk of complications. Since it increases urination, avoid taking it close to bedtime.
