Rixap-Plus Tablet is a combination medicine generally prescribed for the prevention and treatment of blood clots. It helps lower the chances of stroke, heart attack, and other clot-related complications in people at risk. By keeping blood flow smooth, it reduces the risk of life-threatening events caused by abnormal clot formation.

How it Works
Rixap-Plus Tablet usually contains Rivaroxaban (an anticoagulant) along with Aspirin (an antiplatelet agent). Rivaroxaban blocks a clotting protein called Factor Xa, preventing clot formation, while Aspirin reduces platelet stickiness and prevents them from clumping together. Together, they provide stronger protection against clot-related conditions.

How to Take
Take the tablet as directed by your doctor, usually at the same time each day. Swallow it whole with water, preferably with food to avoid stomach upset. Do not stop the medicine suddenly without medical advice.

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember on the same day. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose to make up for it.
