Description

Rac SR Capsule is a prescription-only medicine.

It contains Aceclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, NSAID) and Rabeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor). Both components have significant effects that require medical supervision:

Aceclofenac can cause stomach irritation, ulcers, bleeding, kidney or liver issues, and affect heart health in some patients.
Rabeprazole protects the stomach lining but still needs monitoring in patients with liver or kidney disease.

A doctor prescribes this combination to:

Ensure the correct dose and duration
Monitor for side effects such as nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness, or heart/kidney issues
Check for drug interactions with other medications
