Laregab NT LS Tablet is a combination medicine containing Gabapentin (200 mg) and Nortriptyline (10 mg). It is primarily used for the management of neuropathic pain, which is pain caused by nerve damage from conditions like diabetes, shingles, or spinal cord injury.

How It Works:
Gabapentin acts by binding to voltage-gated calcium channels in nerve cells, which reduces nerve excitability and helps relieve nerve pain.

Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that prolongs the effects of serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain, preventing the transmission of pain signals.

Uses:
Treatment of chronic neuropathic pain such as diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, and nerve injury pain.

Helps relieve symptoms like burning, shooting, or stabbing pain, tingling sensations, and numbness.

Dosage:
Usually taken orally once daily, preferably at night, to reduce daytime drowsiness.
