Acoba Capsule, often containing the active ingredient Gabapentin, is a medication used primarily for managing neuropathic pain and certain types of seizures (epilepsy). Gabapentin works by calming overactive nerve signals in the brain and nervous system, thereby reducing nerve pain and controlling seizure activity.

Uses of Acoba Capsule include:

Treatment of neuropathic pain from conditions such as postherpetic neuralgia (pain following shingles) and diabetic neuropathy.
Management of partial seizures in adults and children.
Adjunct treatment for epilepsy and nerve-related pain syndromes.
Sometimes used for anxiety disorders under medical supervision.

The capsule may also be combined with other substances like Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) to help nerve repair and improve nerve function.
