Dapanorm LM Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control blood sugar levels in adults when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient. By maintaining proper blood glucose levels, it helps prevent complications such as kidney damage, eye problems, and heart disease.

Composition
Each tablet contains:

Dapagliflozin 10 mg – an SGLT2 inhibitor that helps remove excess glucose through urine.
Linagliptin 5 mg – a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases insulin release and decreases glucose production.
Metformin 500 mg – a biguanide that reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
(Dapanorm LM Forte contains Metformin 1000 mg instead of 500 mg.)
