Istamet D 5/50/1000 IR Tablet is a combination of three antidiabetic medicines—Sitagliptin, Dapagliflozin, and Metformin—used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It helps control blood sugar levels by promoting insulin utilization, reducing glucose production in the liver, and eliminating excess glucose through urine.
