Gabagrand-NT Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It decreases pain by blocking the movement of pain signals to the brain. It is taken by mouth, with or without food, preferably at night, at a fixed time each day. Finish the full course even if you feel better, and do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor. Common side effects include constipation, difficulty in urination, weight gain, tiredness, dryness in the mouth, dizziness, and sleepiness. Inform your doctor if you develop unusual mood changes.

Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have kidney or liver disease, or if you are taking other medicines. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor.

How It Works
Gabagrand-NT Tablet contains Gabapentin and Nortriptyline. Gabapentin modulates nerve calcium channels to decrease pain, while Nortriptyline increases serotonin and noradrenaline levels to block pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain.

Missed Dose
Take as soon as possible. If near the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.
