Prostagard-D4 Capsule is a combination medicine used to treat men with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), a condition in which the prostate gland becomes enlarged. It helps relieve urinary symptoms such as:

Difficulty starting urination
Weak urine flow
Frequent or urgent need to urinate

This medicine is not used to prevent prostate cancer.

How to Take Prostagard-D4 Capsule

Take the capsule once daily at the same time, with food.
Swallow it whole; do not break, chew, or crush it.
Take it regularly for best results — even if symptoms improve.
It may take 4 weeks to start noticing improvement and up to 6 months for full benefit.
If symptoms do not improve after 4 weeks or worsen, consult your doctor.

How Prostagard-D4 Capsule Works

Prostagard-D4 contains Silodosin + Dutasteride:

Silodosin (Alpha-blocker): Relaxes muscles around the bladder and prostate → makes urination easier.
Dutasteride (5-Alpha-Reductase Inhibitor): Shrinks the prostate by reducing the hormone that causes prostate growth.

Together, they relieve symptoms and improve urine flow.
