Abiways-M Tablet is a medication designed to manage and prevent respiratory conditions including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hay fever. Asthma causes narrowing, swelling, and extra mucus in the airways, making it difficult to breathe. COPD includes lung diseases such as emphysema, which results in shortness of breath, and chronic bronchitis, which inflames the lining of the bronchial tubes. Allergic rhinitis causes inflammation in the nose due to allergens like pollen, dust, mold, or animal dander.

The tablet contains a combination of Acebrophylline and Montelukast. Acebrophylline is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles around the airways, widening them for improved airflow.
