Addiset-M Tablet is a combination medicine containing Levocetirizine and Montelukast, used to relieve allergic symptoms. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that blocks histamine, a chemical responsible for allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation and swelling in the airways and nasal passages.

Uses:

• Treatment of allergic rhinitis, including seasonal and perennial allergies.

• Relief from symptoms such as runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes.

• Management of asthma and prevention of asthma symptoms related to allergies.

Common side effects may include nausea, headache, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, drowsiness, and gastrointestinal discomfort.
