Adipam Plus Tablet is a prescription medication formulated to manage anxiety and depressive disorders. It combines two active ingredients:

• Clonazepam (0.5 mg): A benzodiazepine that enhances the effect of the neurotransmitter GABA at the GABAA receptor, resulting in sedative, hypnotic (sleep-inducing), anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), anticonvulsant, and muscle relaxant properties.

• Escitalopram (10 mg): A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the level of serotonin in the brain, contributing to mood regulation.

Uses:

• Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

• Management of Panic Disorder

• Effective in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

• Relief from Depressive Disorders

Dosage and Administration:

• The recommended starting dose for panic disorders with or without agoraphobia.

• Effective in treating post-traumatic stress disorder.

• Useful in the prevention of seizures of different types.

• Effective in the treatment of a specific sleep disorder known as REM Sleep Behaviour Disorder.
