Alevo 500 Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the fluoroquinolone class (third generation). The active ingredient, Levofloxacin, works by inhibiting bacterial enzymes (DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV), thereby stopping bacterial growth and killing the infection-causing organisms.
