Apretas 30 contains Apremilast 30 mg as its active ingredient. It is a phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor used to treat inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Each pack contains 10 tablets.

Key Uses

• Plaque Psoriasis: Reduces red, scaly patches on the skin in moderate to severe psoriasis.

• Psoriatic Arthritis: Relieves joint pain, stiffness, and swelling caused by psoriatic arthritis.

• Behçet’s Disease: Treats recurrent mouth ulcers associated with this condition.

How It Works

Apremilast blocks the enzyme PDE4, which decreases the production of inflammatory substances, reducing redness, swelling, pain, and irritation.

Dosage & Administration

• Taken orally, usually twice daily.

• Often started with a gradual dose increase over the first few days.

• Can be taken with or without food.

• If a dose is missed, skip it if it’s almost time for the next one — do not double the dose.
