Bilachek-M Tablet – Comprehensive Relief for Allergic Rhinitis and Seasonal Allergies

Bilachek-M Tablet is a combination medication formulated to manage allergic conditions, including allergic rhinitis (hay fever). It effectively alleviates symptoms such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy or watery eyes, and nasal congestion, providing improved breathing and enhanced daily comfort. By targeting the underlying causes of allergic reactions, this tablet reduces inflammation in the airways and helps prevent complications associated with prolonged allergies.

Bilachek-M Tablet combines bilastine, an antihistamine that blocks histamine to reduce itching, swelling, and rashes, with montelukast, which inhibits leukotrienes to decrease airway inflammation. This dual action provides fast and sustained relief from allergy symptoms, supporting respiratory health and overall well-being.

For optimal results, take the tablet on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after meals, as food may interfere with absorption. Follow your doctor’s dosage instructions carefully, and do not stop the medication abruptly. Avoid known allergens, maintain a clean living environment, and stay hydrated to enhance effectiveness.

Common side effects include headache, abdominal pain, drowsiness, fatigue, cough, diarrhea, otitis media, fever, sinus inflammation, sore throat, and upper respiratory tract infections. These effects are usually mild and temporary. To reduce drowsiness, avoid alcohol and ensure adequate rest. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how the tablet affects your alertness.

Before starting Bilachek-M Tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have liver, kidney, or mental health conditions. Dose adjustments may be necessary for patients with kidney or liver disease. Regular medical follow-up is advised to ensure safe and effective use.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If it is nearly time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.
