Bilajoy-M Tablet is a dual-action medicine formulated to manage allergic rhinitis and other seasonal allergies. It effectively reduces common allergy symptoms including sneezing, runny or congested nose, itchy or watery eyes, and nasal irritation, supporting easier breathing and improved daily comfort.

This combination tablet contains bilastine, which blocks histamine to relieve itching, swelling, and rashes, and montelukast, which inhibits leukotrienes to reduce airway inflammation. Together, they offer comprehensive relief from allergy symptoms while helping prevent airway swelling associated with asthma and seasonal allergies.

For optimal results, take Bilajoy-M Tablet once daily on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after meals. Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dosage and treatment duration. Avoid skipping doses, and never stop the medication abruptly. Maintaining a dust-free environment, minimizing exposure to allergens, and staying hydrated will enhance its effectiveness.

Common side effects may include headache, abdominal discomfort, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, drowsiness, fever, sore throat, sinus inflammation, otitis media, and upper respiratory tract infections. These reactions are usually mild and temporary. Avoid alcohol and heavy machinery if you experience drowsiness or dizziness, and consult your doctor if any side effects persist.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible unless it is close to the time for your next scheduled dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule without doubling.
