Cildip 3D Tablet is a combination medicine used for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Cilnidipine (a calcium channel blocker), Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker), and Chlorthalidone (a thiazide-like diuretic). This triple therapy works by relaxing blood vessels, reducing strain on the heart, and removing excess salt and water from the body, thereby maintaining healthy blood pressure levels and lowering the risk of complications such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.
