Cresp 40 Injection is a blood-forming agent used to treat anaemia associated with chronic kidney disease and chemotherapy. It helps increase red blood cell production, reducing the need for blood transfusions. By restoring haemoglobin levels, it improves oxygen supply in the body and relieves fatigue and weakness caused by anaemia.

How It Works:

This helps restore red blood cell levels in patients with kidney disease or undergoing chemotherapy.

Cresp 40 Injection is administered by a healthcare professional through injection. Do not self-administer. The dosage and frequency are decided by the doctor based on your medical condition and response to treatment.

Side Effects:

• Headache

• Body pain

• Cough

• Diarrhoea

• Low blood pressure during dialysis

• Shortness of breath

• Pain or redness at the injection site

• Abdominal discomfort

These effects are usually mild and subside with time. Contact your doctor if they persist or worsen.

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure or red cell aplasia.

• Avoid self-injection; always take it under medical supervision.

• Tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking.

• Not recommended for patients with cancers of the bone marrow or blood.
