CTD-T AM 6.25/80/5 Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage high blood pressure in adults. It contains Amlodipine, Chlorthalidone, and Telmisartan. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that removes excess salt and water, reducing blood volume and lowering blood pressure. Telmisartan prevents narrowing of blood vessels, allowing smoother blood flow and helping to control blood pressure.
