Curotil-CV 625 Tablet is a combination antibiotic containing Cefuroxime (500mg) and Clavulanic Acid (125mg) used to treat various bacterial infections. Cefuroxime, a cephalosporin antibiotic, disrupts bacterial cell wall formation, while Clavulanic Acid inhibits bacterial enzymes that can resist antibiotics, enhancing the medicine’s effectiveness. This tablet is commonly prescribed for respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, sinusitis, and bone or joint infections. It helps eliminate bacteria, stops their growth, and provides relief from infection symptoms. Curotil-CV 625 Tablet should be taken exactly as directed by your doctor, swallowed whole with water after food, and the full course should be completed even if symptoms improve to prevent resistance. Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, or rash. Rarely, severe allergic reactions, liver issues, or severe diarrhea may occur, requiring immediate medical attention.
