Enzoflam Tablet

Enzoflam Tablet is a combination medication commonly used to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and control fever in various conditions such as muscle pain, joint discomfort, menstrual cramps, backaches, toothaches, and more. It contains Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), Paracetamol works as a pain and fever reducer, and Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that supports healing by breaking down proteins at sites of inflammation. Together, they offer effective short-term relief from discomfort. This tablet should be taken with meals to minimize the risk of stomach irritation. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed the recommended duration to avoid potential side effects such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, indigestion, heartburn, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, vertigo, appetite loss, and elevated liver enzymes. Patients with liver or kidney disorders should use this medication cautiously, and regular monitoring may be required during prolonged use. It is not considered safe for use during pregnancy and should only be taken under medical supervision if breastfeeding. Alcohol consumption should be avoided while using this medication due to an increased risk of stomach or liver issues. Since it may cause dizziness or blurred vision in some individuals, operating vehicles or machinery should be avoided if these symptoms occur. In case a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as remembered, unless it’s nearly time for the next one. Doubling up on doses should be avoided.
