Glucoryl-MP1 Tablet SR is a combination medicine that helps control blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It works by improving the body’s use of insulin, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.

It should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and always with food to avoid stomach upset. Do not skip doses or double them. Overdose may cause low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, dizziness, bone fracture, and respiratory tract infection. Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is advised while taking this medicine.

Before using this tablet, inform your doctor about any kidney, liver, or heart problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. Avoid excessive alcohol intake, as it may increase the risk of side effects.
