Product Introduction
Grandpride-M1 Tablet 10’s is an anti-diabetic medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes, especially in patients whose blood sugar levels are not controlled by diet and exercise alone. It contains Glimepiride and Metformin. Glimepiride stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin, lowering blood sugar levels, while Metformin reduces sugar production by the liver, slows sugar absorption from food, and improves insulin sensitivity. Common side effects include stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, or metallic taste. Most side effects are mild and resolve over time. Consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Grandpride-M1 Tablet 10’s is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children. Avoid alcohol as it may increase the risk of lactic acidosis.

Drug Warnings
