What it is
Gudcef-CV 100mg Tablet is a combination antibiotic medicine used to treat respiratory tract infections.
How it works:
Contains Cefpodoxime Proxetil: an antibiotic that stops bacteria from growing
Contains Clavulanic Acid: a beta-lactamase inhibitor that enhances the antibiotic’s effect and reduces bacterial resistance
Together, these medicines kill bacteria, prevent the infection from spreading, and help you recover faster
Uses
Sinus infections
Throat infections (pharyngitis, tonsillitis)
Airway infections (bronchitis)
Lung infections (pneumonia)
How to Use
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew, crush, or break
Can be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time
Complete the full course, even if you feel better, to prevent bacterial resistance
If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. Do not double the dose.
