Istamet D-XR 1000 Tablet is a combination of three antidiabetic medicines—Sitagliptin, Dapagliflozin, and Metformin (extended-release)—used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It helps control blood sugar levels by improving the body’s insulin response, reducing glucose production in the liver, and eliminating excess glucose through urine.
