About Istamet D-XR 500 Tablet
Istamet D-XR 500 Tablet is a combination of three antidiabetic medicines—Sitagliptin, Dapagliflozin, and Metformin (extended-release)—used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It helps control blood sugar levels by improving insulin utilization, reducing glucose production in the liver, and promoting glucose elimination through urine.
