Istamet G 50mg/1mg/1000mg Tablet IR is a combination of Sitagliptin, Glimepiride, and Metformin, used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control blood sugar levels when diet, exercise, and single or dual-drug therapies do not provide adequate control. This medicine improves insulin sensitivity, enhances insulin secretion, and reduces glucose production in the liver to maintain stable blood glucose levels.
