Kofgard Ls Syp 1*100Ml

Kofgard LS Syrup 1 × 100 ml is a combination respiratory medicine used to relieve symptoms of productive cough (with mucus), chest congestion, and difficulty breathing in conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, or other airway disorders.

Composition & Mechanism

Ambroxol: A mucolytic that thins and loosens thick mucus, making it easier to expel.

Guaifenesin: An expectorant that increases the volume and reduces the viscosity of bronchial secretions.

Levosalbutamol: A selective bronchodilator that relaxes airway smooth muscles to ease airflow.

These three agents work together to open airways, reduce mucus stickiness, and facilitate its clearance.
