Laregab NT Tablet is a combination medicine containing Gabapentin (400 mg) and Nortriptyline (10 mg). It is primarily used for the management of neuropathic pain, which is chronic pain caused by nerve damage from conditions like diabetes, shingles, spinal cord injury, or other nerve disorders.

How It Works:
Gabapentin reduces nerve pain by calming overactive nerve signals.

Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, enhances levels of neurotransmitters (serotonin and noradrenaline) that help block pain signals in the brain and stabilize mood.
