Product Introduction
Lesuride Tablet is used to treat gastric conditions such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, indigestion, and gastroesophageal reflux disease GERD. It prevents acid reflux backflow of stomach acid into the food pipe and also helps regulate stomach and intestinal movement.

Take Lesuride Tablet by mouth, with or without food, preferably at the same time every day to maintain consistent levels in the body. Always take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.

How Lesuride Tablet Works
Lesuride Tablet is an atypical antipsychotic that increases the release of acetylcholine a chemical messenger. This enhances movement of the stomach and intestines, prevents acid reflux, and helps manage gastric symptoms.

Side Effects of Lesuride Tablet
Most side effects are mild and subside as your body adjusts. Seek medical advice if they persist or become severe.

Common side effects include

• Headache
• Fatigue
• Drowsiness or Sedation
• Dizziness
• Insomnia trouble sleeping
• Weight gain
• Constipation
• Extrapyramidal symptoms involuntary movements
• Akathisia inability to stay still
• Increased prolactin levels which may cause absence of periods abnormal milk secretion or sexual changes
• Increased liver enzymes
• Skin rash

How to Use Lesuride Tablet
Take the medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow whole with water do not chew crush or break.
May be taken with or without food but at a fixed time daily.

Safety Advice

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Lesuride Tablet.

Pregnancy
Lesuride Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding
Lesuride Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breast milk and harm the baby.

Driving
Lesuride Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
It may cause drowsiness numbness or involuntary movements therefore avoid driving and operations requiring attention.

Kidney
There is limited information available on the use of Lesuride Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.

Liver
There is limited information available on the use of Lesuride Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.
