• Treats allergic skin conditions (rash, itching, swelling)

• Relieves sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, watery eyes, hay fever

• Reduces airway inflammation and improves breathing

How It Works:

• Levocetirizine – blocks histamine to relieve sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes

• Montelukast – blocks leukotrienes to reduce inflammation/swelling in airways and nose

Dosage & Administration:

• Take with or without food, preferably at a fixed time

• Swallow whole; do not chew, crush, or break

• Continue for the full duration prescribed by your doctor

• Do not double dose if a dose is missed; take the next dose as scheduled

Side Effects:

• Common and usually mild: nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, sleepiness, vomiting, rash, sore throat, fever, abdominal pain, increased liver enzymes

• May cause dizziness or sleepiness; avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you

Safety & Precautions:

• Alcohol: Use caution; may increase sleepiness

• Pregnancy: Generally safe if prescribed; limited human data

• Breastfeeding: Unsafe; may harm the baby

• Kidney Disease: Use with caution; dose adjustment may be needed; not recommended in severe cases

• Liver Disease: Use with caution in severe cases; mild/moderate disease usually doesn’t require adjustment
