It contains a combination of Ceftriaxone (1000 mg), a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that kills bacteria, and Sulbactam (125 mg), a beta-lactamase inhibitor that prevents bacterial resistance and boosts the effectiveness of Ceftriaxone.
