Metosartan AM 50 Tablet (10 Tab)

Metosartan AM 50mg/5mg/40mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the heart rate, allowing blood to flow more easily and improving heart efficiency.

This tablet contains Telmisartan, Amlodipine, and Metoprolol Succinate, which work together to control blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Take it once daily at the same time, with or without food, as directed by your doctor. Continue the treatment even if you feel well, as stopping suddenly may worsen your condition.

Common side effects include dizziness, diarrhea, sore throat, sinus infection, back pain, and upper respiratory tract infection. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolytes may be advised during treatment.

Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as it can increase drowsiness and dizziness.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one — do not double the dose.
