Mira-S 50mg/5mg Tablet is a combination medicine that contains Mirabegron (50mg) and Solifenacin (5mg). Mirabegron works by relaxing the bladder muscles, while Solifenacin reduces bladder contractions, providing dual control for better symptom relief.
