Moxinow Tablet SR is a prescription medicine that contains Isosorbide-5-Mononitrate, a nitrate group drug. It is mainly prescribed for the prevention of angina pectoris (chest pain) caused by reduced blood flow to the heart. The medicine works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, which improves blood supply and reduces the heart’s workload.

• Do not take along with medicines for erectile dysfunction (like sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) as it may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure
• Avoid activities requiring alertness, like driving, if you feel dizzy
• Do not use for sudden angina attacks; it is meant for prevention only

Precautions
• Inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, anemia, or history of heart attack
• Patients with liver or kidney problems should use with caution
• Use with caution in elderly patients, as they may be more sensitive to its effects
