Pexep CR 12.5 Tablet is an antidepressant medicine that belongs to the group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). It is mainly prescribed for the treatment of depression and various anxiety-related conditions, such as panic disorder, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This medicine works by improving mood, reducing anxiety, and helping patients feel more balanced and calm.

It can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Your doctor will decide the right dose depending on your condition and response to the treatment. Usually, treatment starts with a low dose, which may be gradually increased.
