RABPHEG-DSR is a combination medicine used to treat:

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD/acid reflux)

• Peptic ulcer disease

It works by reducing stomach acid and improving stomach and intestinal movement, relieving heartburn, bloating, stomach pain, and gas.

How It Works:

• Rabeprazole (proton pump inhibitor) reduces stomach acid production.

• Domperidone (prokinetic) increases stomach and intestinal motility to help food pass smoothly.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually on an empty stomach.

• Swallow whole, do not crush or chew.

• Continue the full course even if symptoms improve.

Common Side Effects:

• Headache, dizziness, weakness

• Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence

• Insomnia, nasal congestion, pharyngitis, back pain

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol as it may worsen dizziness or sleepiness

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor

• Use cautiously in kidney or liver disease

• May affect driving or operating machinery

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as possible.

• If close to the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.
