Introduction

Ramistar-H 2.5 Tablet is a combination medicine that contains Ramipril (an ACE inhibitor) and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). It is prescribed for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension) in patients who need more than one medicine to keep their blood pressure under control. By relaxing blood vessels and removing excess salt and water through urine, this medicine helps in reducing strain on the heart and lowering the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
