Rivolas 10 Tablet is an anticoagulant medicine used to prevent and treat blood clots in the veins and lungs. It also helps lower the risk of stroke and other complications in people with certain heart conditions. By preventing abnormal clot formation, it ensures smoother blood circulation and reduces the chances of life-threatening events.

How it Works
Rivolas 10 Tablet contains Rivaroxaban, a blood thinner. It works by blocking a clotting factor called Factor Xa, which plays a key role in the formation of blood clots. This helps prevent harmful clots without significantly affecting normal blood flow.

Uses

• Prevention of stroke in patients with irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation)

• Treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

• Treatment and prevention of pulmonary embolism (PE)

• Prevention of blood clots after major orthopedic surgery

How to Take
Take the medicine exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, preferably at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food, depending on your doctor’s advice. Do not stop the medicine suddenly, as this may increase the risk of clots.

Possible Side Effects

Missed Dose
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember on the same day. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take two doses together.
