Romep DSR Capsule is a combination medicine used for the treatment of acidity, heartburn, and indigestion. It provides quick relief from symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach ulcers, and acid reflux. It also helps control nausea, vomiting, and bloating associated with excess stomach acid.

How it Works
Romep DSR Capsule contains two active ingredients:

• Domperidone – works on the stomach and intestine to improve movement, helping food pass more easily and reducing nausea and vomiting.

• Omeprazole – a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that lowers stomach acid by blocking acid-producing pumps in the stomach lining.

Together, they relieve acidity and prevent discomfort caused by delayed gastric emptying and reflux.

How to Take

Possible Side Effects

• Rarely, irregular heartbeat or allergic reactions

Precautions

• Inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems.

• Avoid alcohol and spicy food, as they may worsen acidity.

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take it when you remember. If it’s close to the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.
