Romilast L 10 Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage allergies and asthma-related symptoms. It helps relieve sneezing, runny or blocked nose, watery eyes, and itching caused by allergic rhinitis, while also preventing breathing difficulties, chest tightness, and wheezing in asthma.

How it Works
Romilast L 10 Tablet contains:

• Levocetirizine (10 mg) – an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, the chemical responsible for allergy symptoms.

• Montelukast (10 mg) – a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation in the airways and prevents asthma attacks and allergic symptoms.

Together, they provide comprehensive relief from seasonal allergies and long-term control of asthma.

How to Take
