ROSEK CAP

Rosek Capsule is a medicine used to treat acidity-related problems such as heartburn, indigestion, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It helps reduce excess stomach acid, providing relief from discomfort and preventing acid-related damage to the stomach and food pipe.

How it Works
Rosek Capsule contains a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by blocking the production of acid in the stomach, thereby reducing acidity and allowing the stomach and esophagus to heal.

Uses

• Treatment of heartburn and acid reflux

• Management of peptic ulcers

• Relief in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Prevention of acidity due to certain medicines (like painkillers)

How to Take
Take the capsule as advised by your doctor, usually once daily before meals. Swallow it whole with water. Do not crush or chew the capsule.

Possible Side Effects

• Headache or dizziness

• Stomach pain, nausea, or diarrhea

• Flatulence or bloating

• Long-term use may rarely cause low magnesium, vitamin B12 deficiency, or bone weakness

Precautions

• Inform your doctor if you have liver problems, low magnesium, or osteoporosis.

• Avoid alcohol and spicy foods, as they can worsen acidity.

• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

• Do not stop treatment suddenly without medical advice.

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take it when you remember. If it’s nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double up.
