Sacu-V 100 Tablet is a combination medication used to treat chronic heart failure. It helps reduce the risk of hospitalization and cardiovascular death in patients with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction.

• Sacubitril: 49 mg

• Valsartan: 51 mg

How It Works

Sacu-V 100 Tablet combines two medications:

• Sacubitril: A neprilysin inhibitor that increases levels of natriuretic peptides, leading to vasodilation and reduced blood pressure.

• Valsartan: An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that blocks the effects of a hormone that constricts blood vessels, further lowering blood pressure.

Together, they relax blood vessels, reduce fluid buildup, and decrease the workload on the heart.

Dosage and Administration

• Take as prescribed by your doctor.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew or crush.

• Can be taken with or without food.

• Take at the same time each day for maximum benefit.
