Safecet M Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat symptoms of allergies, such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, and itching. It is especially effective for allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and seasonal allergies. The combination helps relieve both nasal and respiratory allergy symptoms.

How It Works

Safecet M Tablet contains two active ingredients. Cetirizine is an antihistamine that blocks histamine, the chemical responsible for allergic symptoms such as itching and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor blocker that prevents the tightening of airways and reduces inflammation in the respiratory tract. Together, they provide dual action relief from allergies and breathing discomfort.

Dosage and Administration

Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably in the evening. It may be taken with or without food. Continue taking it regularly for best results and do not skip doses without medical advice.

Precautions and Warnings

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.

Overdose

Seek immediate medical help if an overdose occurs. Symptoms may include severe drowsiness, confusion, or stomach upset.
