Salbair-I 100 mcg/40 mcg Transcaps are inhalation capsules used with a nebulizer device to manage asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other bronchospastic conditions. They provide fast relief from bronchospasm while also helping to reduce airway inflammation and prevent long-term flare-ups.
Composition
-
Salbutamol Sulfate 100 mcg (fast-acting bronchodilator)
-
Ipratropium Bromide 40 mcg (anticholinergic bronchodilator)
Uses

Relief of acute bronchospasm in asthma and COPD
-
Long-term management of asthma and chronic bronchitis

How It Works
Salbair-I Transcaps combine two bronchodilators. Salbutamol acts quickly to relax the smooth muscles in the airways, opening the bronchial passages for immediate relief. Ipratropium Bromide helps maintain airway dilation by blocking acetylcholine, reducing mucus secretion and bronchial constriction. Together, they provide both rapid and sustained bronchodilation.
